At Eriska, as well as the main hotel, you can also choose from our private self contained accommodation:
Hilltop Reserves
Eriska’s Hilltop Reserves are situated just a short walk up the hill from the main Hotel, overlooking incredible views out over Loch Creran and onto the beautiful island of Lismore and beyond.
Each Hilltop Reserve is individually designed and have ample space for 2 persons to relax in seclusion on our private island. They are fully equipped, luxury properties which can be booked on a self-catering or bed and breakfast basis with breakfast enjoyed at the hotel. Please note due to the location room service is not available within the reserves. The Hilltop Reserve are perfect for a break from the city, or a peaceful time away throughout the year. Guests staying at Eriska Hilltop Reserves are also welcome to use the Isle of Eriska Hotel, Golf Course, Driving Range, Swimming Pool and Leisure facilities, and explore the private island of Eriska.
Eriska Hilltop Reserves offers unrivalled luxury complemented with incredible views of the Isle of Eriska on the west coast of Scotland.
Please note: there is no transport provided from any external accommodation to the Main House.
Eriska's Hilltop Reserves 10 Year Membership
Our 10 Year Package cannot be booked online and must be booked directly with the Isle of Eriska Hotel. We have limited availability remaining of this special offer - purchase 70 nights on a self-catering basis over 10 years at Eriska's Hilltop Reserves for £15,000, an average nightly rate of £214 for two person self-catering. This can be redeemed in any length of stay up to 21 nights per year subject to availability.
Unlike other opportunities, you simply pay once and enjoy.
You can book and stay at any time throughout the year excluding Christmas, New Year and any special events.
Arnott's House
Eriska also offers bed and breakfast in our 3-bedroom house Arnott’s House, named after the redoubtable butler who worked for the Clark-Hutchisons during the first few decades at the start of the last century. Arnott's House is located on the east side of the island, 50 metres above Loch Creran, and enjoys magnificent views towards Ben Cruachan.
The property, spread over 2 floors, can cater for up to 6 guests in total, with each bedroom having its own en-suite facilities, and can be configured as either double or twin beds. Additionally, all bathrooms have a separate bath and shower, whilst the house is equipped with double glazing and central heating throughout. The modern kitchen downstairs is fully equipped to the standard expected from a 5 star facility. Elsewhere, the sitting/dining area benefits from dual aspect views and a conservatory which catches the light from the east and offers a wonderful bright and airy space overlooking the garden. Complimentary WIFI is available throughout the house.
Outside of the house, there is a covered boot room and drying area.
During your stay you are more than welcome to have full use of the hotel’s facilities.
The island also offers a variety of indoor and outdoor activities which Arnott's House guests are most welcome to experience. Our Stables Spa is open to Arnott's House residents from 8am - 6pm each day. Facilities include 17m heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and gym.
Activities available throughout the day include our driving range, clay pigeon shooting facilities, croquet lawn, and putting green. More activities can be organised through our reception and some do require pre arrangement.

Spa Suites and Garden Suites
Nestled in the historic stables, our recently refurbished Spa Suites are light and spacious. Your own piece of tranquillity on the Isle of Eriska. A two minute walk from the main hotel building, and providing the luxury and comfort of a five star hotel, whilst retaining the privacy for you to relax and unwind. Spa Suites have their own private hot tub.
The accommodation comprises:
- Bedroom with king size/twin bed with walk-in closet and ensuite
- Livingroom with cosy gas fireplace
- Wet Bar
- State of the art modern smart mirrored TVs
- Conservatory opening onto the paved garden and private hot tub
You have everything you need to make your stay with us a memorable experience.
A full Scottish breakfast is available for you in the main building, and dinner can be reserved in our restaurant which is open seven nights a week. Reservations are required as tables cannot be guaranteed on the day.

Garden Cottages
Our Garden Cottages are a calm retreat to rest and restore energy. Surrounded by immaculate country gardens, the cottages are a perfect oasis for families and friends to escape the busy world and reflect on what’s important.
Both Lilac and Rowan Cottage comprise:
- Two generously sized bedrooms on the ground floor – both with walk-in closets and luxurious ensuites
- State of the art modern smart mirrored TVs
- Large lounge on the first floor
- Conservatory, opening out to the large private garden
Rowan Cottage also has a hot tub.
