Tariff

Room Rates

All rates are per room, per night on a bed and full Scottish breakfast basis and based on 2 people sharing unless otherwise stated.

• Children up to the age of 7 years in foldaway beds are complimentary, however any meals taken will be charged pro-rata. Extra bed (8 years and over) are £85 per night
• Rates are not applicable to Christmas and New Year Festive Period and any special events
• Deposit: One night per room deposit is required on all bookings of which £100 is non-refundable
• Cancellation policy: 30 days
• If cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date, full room costs are charged
• If cancelled before 30 days of arrival date a refund will be given of the deposit paid less £100 that is non-refundable
• Please note that different terms and condition will apply for booking of 10 rooms nights or more
• Please note that with Standard rooms there is a leisure facility usage charge of £10 per room, only charged on usage. The other rooms  have complimentary leisure access.
• Dogs are charged at £20 per dog per night

Dogs

Dogs are welcome at Isle of Eriska in any of the bedrooms, however we charge £20 per dog per night.  We simply ask that they are not left unattended and if they are left in the bedrooms, that they are contained in a travel cage and do not bark or disturb other guests - we can arrange special meals if required and always have towels on hand in case they explore too enthusiastically!  We regret that they are not allowed in the public rooms or areas of the hotel.

Arnott's House

Rates are based on Bed & Breakfast basis with 6 guests sharing with breakfast served in the main restaurant.

Exclusive Use

We have 16 bedrooms in the main house, 5 spa suites located in the gardens with private hot tub, 2 garden cottages with 2 bedrooms each which are ideal for families and 6 hilltop reserves – all of which are included in the Exclusive Use hire.

High Season 2023

April - October 

£19,000 per night Bed & Breakfast for up to 62 guests

Please note:

• April to October inclusive you are required to hire Isle of Eriska exclusively on a 2 night minimum stay.
• Hilltop Reserves and Arnotts House are not included in the Exclusive Use Hire.
